What Every Married Or About To Be Married Woman Should Know

By Benjamin Inana

This may sound crazy but do you know that for some reasons, some ladies would prefer marrying a man whose mother has died compared to one whose mother is alive?

One of the reasons being that some mother in-laws pose a threat to the marriage. They have absolute control over their sons, hence he has no say but succumbs to her wishes and will do everything she asks him to do. Should that make a lady wish for her future mother in-law to die before she marries the man?

Mother in-laws that treat their daughter in-laws with disdain, how would you feel if you were treated in the same manner?

Single ladies wishing their future mother in-laws death should know that it is not all mothers that are bad and that what you wish others will indirectly come back to you because one day you too will be a mother in-law.

Some ladies are ill mannered. They pretend to be angels and practically worship their mother in-laws before marriage but once they tie the knot, they reveal their true colors, claim total ownership and maltreat their mother in-laws. Such ladies should note that what goes around comes around, karma is a bitch.

From the foregoing, it is indisputable that some of the problems most women face in the world of marriage are caused by fellow women. Single ladies should possess a godly heart, be respectable and well mannered.

Father in-laws often times rarely give ladies a hard time in her marriage. This is the part where the men will be proud as they read this piece. Smiles

Conclusively, every married lady should treat her mother in-law with absolute respect, similarly every mother in-law should treat her son’s wife with love and care, this can go a long way in influencing the way the wife would treat her husband. If both women play their role well, neither of them will have issues in the world of marriage.

  1. Nicely written. The earlier both mother in-laws and daughter in-laws start seeing that, there are still good mothers and wives out there, the better for all of us.
