Vehicle Avoiding ‘#EndSARS Protesters’ Kills Festus Keyamo’s Driver In Abuja

Mr. Yohanna Shankuk, a driver to the Minister of State, Labour and Employment, Olorogun Festus Keyamo,SAN, is dead.

Shankuk died on Wednesday in Abuja.

The deceased was said to have been hit by a vehicle that was driving against traffic while attempting to avoid #EndSARS who were heading towards the popular Berger roundabout in Abuja.

The minister confirmed the passage of the driver in a tweet on his verified Twitter handle on Thursday.

Shankuk was heading to Keyamo’s private office in the nation’s capital on foot when the accident occurred.

Keyamo tweeted, “I regret to announce that my driver, Mr. Yohanna Shankuk, died yesterday in Abuja as a result of the protests.

“A vehicle that saw advancing protesters at Berger roundabout, made a U-turn, took the one-way back and ran over him as he was making his way on foot to my private office.”
