There was pandemonium at Ulogwe-Isumpe community of Utagbe-Unor in Ndokwa West Local Government Area of Delta State when a housewife reportedly stabbed her husband to death.
It was gathered that a domestic disagreement ensued between the couple when the sad incident occurred on Wednesday.
The deceased simply identified as Oluchi was said to have been stabbed by the wife with a kitchen knife.
Oluchi, who was rushed by neighbours to hospital, was confirmed dead by doctors on duty.

Trouble was said to have started when the couple had a quarrel over a yet to be known issue, which degenerated into a fight.
“The siblings rushed to scene, and in the course of engaging Oluchi in physical fight, the man was stabbed with a knife.
“The man fell down wreathing in pains before neighbours arrived the scene to rush him to the hospital where he gave up the ghost,” a source said.

The source added that the police were invited to take the woman (bereaved wife) to the outpost at the nearby Ndemili community.
Acting Public Relations Officer of Delta State Police Command, DSP Bright Edafe confirmed the incident but could not give further details.
“It is confirmed but I don’t have details yet. The Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Kwale division has already detailed his men to investigate the incident,” Edafe said.
