The Senator Representing Delta Central Senatorial District, Senator Ede Dafinone, has congratulated former Minister of Information, Prof. Sam Ejite Oyovbaire, on the occasion of his 83rd birthday anniversary.
Dafinone, a renowned international accountant, described Okakuro Oyovbaire as a democrat and elder statesman who contributed so much to the development of Nigeria.
The lawmaker noted in a statement that Oyovbaire as a renowned scholar, consummate politician, a prominent chief of the Okpe Kingdom, distinguished himself creditably.
