The founder and senior pastor of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry, Effurun, Delta State, Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin has empowered 50 members of his church with N2.5 million.
Prophet Fufeyin, who had also gave a car to the Stephanie Idolor, the lady who recorded the video of the schoolgirl who was driven out of school for failing to pay her second term examination levy, Success Adegor.
This followed a video where Stephanie demanded to be appreciated by Success’ family for contributing immensely to her fame.
The pastor, however, after watching the video invited Stephanie, a graduate of Auchi Polytechnic to his church and blessed her with N2 million for her bravery in recording the video.

Fufeyin shocked the beneficiaries at last Sunday special service when he announced to the congregation that God had instructed him to bless 50 worshippers who had come to worship from across the country.
According to him, “I am blessed by the divine grace and God Almighty urged me to also bless the needy amongst us. Above all, few days I gave out the sum of Two Million Naira to Miss Stepheine Rukevwe Idolor. God showered His blessings on me by receiving unquantifiable gift from everywhere.”
Asked why he decided to appreciate Stephaine, Prophet Fufeyin declared, “I took the action because nobody seems to appreciate the ‘youth Corper’ who unveiled Success”.

On the empowerment of the fifty members, the church overseer further explained that he was carrying out the directive from God Almighty who instructed him to bring relief to the beneficiaries.
He, however, remarked that the gesture did not just start of recent, adding that he has been doing it over the years and promised to continue bringing succor to the needy as long as God exist.

The cleric who enjoined Christians to be their brothers’ keeper by being charitable to them, pointed out that “God Almighty loves a cheerful giver.”
Miss Stephanie was later presented with a brand new Toyota Corolla and one million naira to fuel the car while her parents were given a N500,000 during the service.
