Popular veteran Nollywood actress, Rachel Oniga, is dead.
Oniga, mother of three, passed on Friday night at 64.
Though born in Ebutte Metta, Lagos, she hailed from Eku in Agbon Kingdom of Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State.
Oniga started her acting career in 1993 following a failed married to her former husband who is now late.
The deceased starred in both English and Yoruba movies number over hundred.
She also acted several movies where she spoke her native Urhobo language fluently.
The film that brought her to limelight was titled ‘Onome’ before featuring ‘Owo Blow’ where her name became a household name.
