First Lady, Her Excellency, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has been described as a stateswoman and advocate for the underprivileged that has broadened the quality of leadership from the Presidential Villa.

Former Deputy Senate President in the 9th session of the National Assembly, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, in a birthday message to the wife of the President, said Mrs. Tinubu added a new vista to the presidency with her leadership quality, advocacy and vision.

“Our First Lady transcends being a supportive wife of the President. Her vast experience in public office as a lawmaker at the apex level is a unique attribute never seen before in Nigeria. She knows every part of the country, the challenges and policy options to national development as well as how underprivileged people can be lifted out of poverty,” Omo-Agege stated in his goodwill message signed by Sunny Areh, his Media Adviser.

“From her outstanding political consciousness and leadership, Mrs. Tinubu has ensured that issues affecting the larger and vulnerable segment of the population – women and children – are given prime attention. As my sister from my dear Delta State, I am immensely proud of her and the positive impact she has made in governance,” the former Deputy President of the Senate stated.
