NIPSS Lauds John Mukoro Over Construction, Donation Of Parking Arcade At Institute

Delta State-born serial entrepreneur and international investment coach, Dr. John Eguolor Mukoro, has been applauded for the constructing and donating a car parking arcade to the National Institute For Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, Jos.

The commendation was given by the Director-General, NIPSS, Professor Ayo Omotayo, while commissioning “Dr. John Mukoro’s Legacy Project” at the Institute on Friday.

Prof. Omotayo, represented by the Secretary and Director of Administration, Brigadier General CFJ Udaya, praised Mukoro for the choice of the project, saying it will add value to the development of the Institute.

Mukoro, a Lagos Business School (LBS) trained investment expert, was one of the participants at the just concluded Policy, Strategy and Leadership Course (PSLC) 43 at the National Institute For Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS).

The project is Dr. Mukoro’s personal “Legacy Project” aimed at contributing to the growth and development of the renowned Institute.

In his remark, Dr. Mukoro said the decision to donate the project was “his own little way of giving back to the Institute”.

He eulogised the National Institute For Policy and Strategic Studies for the program, stressing that the PSLC 43 has helped to further deepened his views and knowledge about Nigeria and the international community.

Mukoro assured that he will use the knowledge and experiences gained during the program to positively impact society as well as contribute his quarter to uniting and developing Nigeria.

“It was an eye-opening course for me. I had an amazing learning experience. I was greatly impacted. Everything about National Institute For Policy and Strategic Studies was amazing and rich in content. My views and understanding of Nigeria and her leadership has been deepened”, he added.

The PSLC 43 was attended by 26 participants drawn from the Nigeria Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), Princeton Leadership Forum (PLF), The Nigerian Army, The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), the Independent Corrupt Practices and other Related Offenses Commission (ICPC) and the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

Others are the Bayelsa State Government, the Chattered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), the Niger Delta Power Holding Company Ltd (NDPHC), Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT), the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria and the Presidency.
