Nigeria’s COVID-19 Deaths Now 200 As Lagos, Delta, Others Record 284 New Cases

    The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has announced that nation’s coronavirus fatalities have reached 200 across the country.

    It disclosed this on Wednesday while announcing 284 new cases of the virus on its verified Twitter handle.

    The report indicated that Lagos had 199 cases on Wednesday, positing that the nation’s confirmed cases is now 6677.

    NCDC also announced that 1840 patients have been discharged.

    “284 new cases of #COVID19; 199-Lagos, 26-Rivers, 19-Oyo, 8-FCT, 8-Borno, 7-Plateau, 6-Jigawa, 5-Kano, 2-Abia, 1-Ekiti, 1-Delta, 1-Kwara and1-Taraba

    “6677 cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria. Discharged: 1840, Deaths: 200”, the tweet said.
