Nigeria’s coronavirus cases have risen to 131 following additional 20 persons that had tested positive to the virus.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced this on Monday.
NCDC said of the 20 new cases, 13 were recorded in Lagos State, four in Federal Capital Territory (Abuja), two in Kaduna and one in Oyo.
The NCDC tweeted, “Twenty new cases of #COVID19 have been reported in Nigeria; 13 in Lagos, four in FCT, two in Kaduna and one in Oyo State.
“As of 09:00 pm on March 30, there are 131 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria with two deaths.
“For a breakdown of cases by states in real-time, Lagos currently has 81 cases, FCT- 25, Ogun- three, Enugu- two, Ekiti- one, Oyo- eight, Edo- two, Bauchi- two, Osun – two, Rivers – one, Benue – one, and Kaduna also has three.”
