Memories Of Sapele Development Foundation Set To Give Back To Sapele

Memories of Sapele Development Foundation (MOSDF), an association of distinguished men and women who schooled and/or grew up in Sapele (Safacity) in the last sixty odd years is set for a great reunion come 28th & 29th September 2024.

For the almost 500 members of the group, Sapele bears a pleasant and exciting memory for them, a town that knew no ethnic or religious boundaries, in which almost everybody knew everybody, and which gave them a springboard into life. There is no better way to honour their memories of Sapele than to give back to that town.

These ideas were contained in a release by Secretary of MOSDF, Hon Raymos Bolowei Guanah( a former commissioner in Delta State). Hon Guanah said that reunion activities will include a public lecture, a free medical outreach programme for some persons in the ancient town, giving back to General Hospital Sapele, renovation of a courtroom, an interschools’ debate final, a roundtable on business & investment opportunities in Sapele, and a guided tour of Sapele town.
