Delta Force of Asaba were on Tuesday held to a 1-1 draw by Excellent Academy of Ughelli in a pre-season warm up game at the Ogwashi-Uku township stadium.
Former Sunsel fc hitman, Kelvin Onuoah gave the combined Academy side the lead before the struck of first half.
But the Delta Ambassador levelled up in the quarter mark of the second half to ensure their superiority.
Delta force has played three games with Excellent Academy, defeating them by 2-1 in a friendly game, 3-0 in the state FA Cup and a 1-1 draw in today’s game.
The Delta state Capital based side will travel to face Warri Wolves FC this Wednesday in a game the Roving CEO of Wolves, Mr. Moses Etu will take in all seriousness because of the existing rivalry by 3pm at the Warri City stadium.
The Forces of Asaba will then return home to play host to Sapele Lions at the Ogwashi-Uku township stadium on Thursday by 3pm.
