Season 2 winner of the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija), Efe Ejeba, also popularly known as Efemoney, has been reportedly attacked by unknown hoodlums in Lagos.
Efe, who won the 2017 edition of the most celebrated reality show, had his car he won during the show seriously damaged by the gunmen.
The incident occurred on Sunday night in Lagos State. The singer, however, did not disclose the area where the attack took place in Lagos.
The rapper confirmed the attack on him in a video post on his verified Instagram account on Monday.
The musician said he does not know whether it was a kidnap attempt or a robbery case when he was ambushed.
He said he had to manoviour his car to survive the attack leaving only his car damaged in the process.
From the video posted by Efe, his front windscreen was completely wrecked by the attackers.
Efe, who spoke pidgin in the video, said “O’mo, this country is finished. Last night I was ambushed but I just wiggle my way out.
“I don’t know if it was a kidnap or a robbery attempt but see my car, it’s damaged. O’boy, I thank God for my life. As they were hitting my car, I moved and maneuvered my way out.”
