Enugu Records Two COVID-19 Cases As Nigeria Hits 81 Confirmed Cases

Two cases of the COVID-19 have been recorded in the coal-city of Enugu State in South Eastern Nigeria on Friday.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) disclosed this while announcing discovery of new additional 11 cases on Friday in the country.

Of the 11 new cases, NCDC said one additional case had been recorded in Edo State while eight were confirmed for Lagos.

This brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 81.

According to the NCDC, “11 new cases of #COVID19 have been reported in Nigeria: 8 in Lagos, 2 in Enugu & 1 in Edo State, As at 11:55pm 27th March, there are 81 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. 3 have been discharged with 1 death.”
