#Edo2020: Obaseki, Wife, Vote After Hours Of Queuing

By Osahon Osahon

Governor Godwin Obaseki and his wife, Betsy, have finally casted their votes in the ongoing governorship election in Edo State.

Obaseki, who is the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the election, voted at unit 19, ward 04 in Oredo LGA of the state.

He casted his vote after queuing for almost two hours with his wife after a fight broke out at the polling unit.

The governor voted after the crisis between a party agent and an election observer was resolved.

NIGER DELTA TODAY (NDT) Online had reported that Obaseki’s major rival, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, had earlier voted.
