The Governor-elect of Bayelsa State and candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the last governorship election, Senator Diri Duoye, has been sworn in as governor.
Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo had earlier taken oath of office as deputy governor of the state.
