The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has resumed collation and announcement of the remaining six LGAs in the last Saturday governorship election in Delta State.
From the results announced on Monday, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Chief Great Ogboru defeated Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ughelli North LGA.
Okowa, however, defeated Ogboru in Uvwie, Warri North and Warri South West LGAs.
Ogboru has only won two LGAs while Okowa has won 22 LGAs.
