Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta State has won Ethiope West, Aniocha South and Oshimili South Local Government Areas of the state.
Ethiope West is the LGA where a former governor of the state and Okowa’s godfather, Chief James Onanefe Ibori hails from.
This brings the number of LGAs Okowa has won to nine in the ten LGAs declared by INEC.
