Delta Elections: Izeze, Anirah win Assembly seats for Sapele, Ughelli South

The member representing Ughelli South Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Reuben Izeze has been declared winner of the State House of Assembly election held on Saturday.

Izeze, who contested on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), polled 29,032 votes to defeat the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Prince Koyoyo Uhrorho, who scored 20,868 votes at the poll.

He is returning to the House for the second term.

Similarly, INEC has also declared Chief Felix Uruemuesiri Anirah as the winner of the State House of Assembly election for Sapele Constituency.

Anirah of the PDP defeated the candidate of the APC, Mr Moses Ogodo in the results announced.

He polled 18,503 votes as against 9,074 votes garnered by the APC candidate.
