BREAKING: Remaining Kidnapped Kaduna Forestry College Students Regain Freedom

The remaining 27 students of Federal College of Forestry Mechanisation, Afaka, Kaduna State, who were abducted by gunmen on March 11, 2021, have regained freedom.

The students were kidnapped from the school premises alongside ten other who had earlier been set free by the hoodlums.

They were total of 37 students forcefully abducted.

Their abductors were said to have set them free on Wednesday after spending 56 days in the kidnappers’ den.

A parents and chairman of the Concerned Afaka Parents, Malam Abdullahi Usman, confirmed the development on Wednesday.

Usman said the release of the remaining students was made possible by a negotiating committee facilitated by Islamic cleric, Sheikh Abubakar Gumi.
