President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered the conditional lifting of the ban on Twitter operations in Nigeria.
Activities of the microblogging site was banned in June after Twitter deleted a post by President Buhari.
Buhari announced the directive during his nationwide broadcast to mark the Nigeria’s 61 Independence Day anniversary.
