With barely thirteen days to the 2019 presidential election, the Association of White Witches in Nigeria (AWWN) has finally endorsed the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar as the next President of the country.9
Spokesman of the association, Dr. Iboi Okhue, told Sunday Independent in an exclusive telephone chat that, the victory of the former Vice President was sealed in two meetings held at Obudu Mountain in Obudu Local Government Area of Cross River State and the Zuma Rock in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja late last month respectively.
The white witches disclosed that Atiku’s major victory would be the bulk vote from the northern part of the country, including areas that President Mohammdu Buhari is expected to have a firm stronghold like some of the states in the northwest.
Dr. Okhue, disclosed that given the public outcry of millions of Nigerians about the incessant shedding of innocent blood that has been spilled in the country under this government by the Boko Haram and Fulani herdsmen, as well as the avoidable hunger and extreme poverty that Nigerians have been subjected to, “the grace of God has since departed from Buhari”.
Okhue added that the 2019 presidential election would witness a lot of crisis if it is rigged by the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, in favour of the President, adding that “no amount of intimidation and rigging will deny Atiku the victory”
Meanwhile, Nnamdi Kanu, the fugitive leader of the banned Indigenous People of Biafra has stirred new dust with his latest claim that Atiku Abubakar is a Cameroonian.
Atiku was born in Jada, in Ganye local government of Adamawa State more than 72 years ago.
Kanu now claimed in a broadcast to his followers that Atiku’s Jada was once part of Cameroon, a claim that is historically correct, up till 59 years ago.
Kanu was referring to the situation in British Cameroon before Nigeria’s independence in 1960.
Ganye, which incorporates Atiku’s birthplace of Jada was the headquarters of British Cameroon, but following a plebiscite, it chose to stay with Nigeria, to be part of the Sardauna Province, while the other part, joined Cameroon.
