The management of the Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, has directed students of the institution to immediately return for academic activities.
According to the institution, the decision was reached after the 83rd Regular Meeting of DELSU Senate held on Wednesday in Abraka.
DELSU lecturers had joined the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) in its ongoing nationwide strike which has crippled academic activities in public universities.
A statement containing the resumption of studies after the meeting was posted on official Twitter handle of the Vice Chancellor of the institution, Prof. Andy Egwunyenga.
