The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released election results for 11 LGAs in the ongoing Anambra State governorship election.

In the results declared so far by the electoral umpire, the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Prof Charles Soludo, has won 10 LGAs.

Similarly, the candidate of Young Progressives Party (YPP), Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, was declared winner for Nwewi LGA.

So far, results from 11 local government areas showed that Soludo is leading the results with 66,388 votes after securing victory in 10 LGAs.

Candidate of the PDP, Valentine Ozigbo, is trailing Soludo with 29,815 votes, while Andy Uba of the All Progressives Congress (APC) is in distance third with 23,587 votes.
