Kidnapped popular Urhobo/Isoko gospel musician, Evangelist Jerry Ekpekurho, has regained freedom from his abductors.
He was reportedly freed on Thursday night three days after he was waylaid and forcefully whisked to an unknown destination by the hoodlums.
The abductors had earlier demanded N50 million ransom but later reduced it to N15million on Wednesday.
However, it was not clear if the singer paid any ransom before he was released from captivity.
A family source confirmed the release of the musician, saying he had reunite with family members.
The source could not, however, give details on how the musician was freed.
