The Delta State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal has reconvened after temporarily suspending judgement over power outage at the tribunal premises.
It has now started ruling in the petition filed by the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) challenging the electoral victory of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State and candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party.
WARRI TODAY had earlier reported the suspension ruling by the Justice Sulaiman Belgore-led three-man tribunal panel.
