The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Olorogun Festus Keyamo, SAN, has lauded a former Speaker of the Delta State House Assembly, Rt. Hon. Victor Ochei, for his exemplary leadership in public and private service to Nigeria.
Keyamo described Ochei as an accomplished administrator and a diligent public servant whose dedication to duty, integrity, and visionary approach to governance have left a lasting impact.
The minister made the commendation in a statement on Tuesday while felicitating with Ochie, a former Executive Director at the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), on his birthday anniversary.
“His exemplary leadership as the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and his distinguished service as the Executive Director at the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) have cemented his legacy as an accomplished administrator and a diligent public servant.
“His unwavering dedication to duty, integrity, and visionary approach to governance continue to inspire many.
“Beyond his professional accomplishments, I deeply value our friendship, built on mutual respect, trust, and a shared commitment to national development and the progress of Delta State in particular”, Keyamo said.
Keyamo also expressed his deep appreciation for the strong friendship he shares with Ochei, noting that their bond is built on mutual respect, trust, and a shared commitment to national development.
The Minister emphasised that he not only celebrates Ochei’s past achievements but also looks forward to the greater accomplishments that lie ahead for him.
“On this special day, I celebrate not just the milestones of his past but also anticipate the promise of greater achievements in the years ahead,” Keyamo added.
Keyamo wished Ochei continued good health, success, and fulfillment in all his endeavours, expressing confidence that the birthday marks the beginning of an even more prosperous chapter in his life.
“May this new age bring him continued good health, success, and fulfillment in all his endeavours,” Keyamo further prayed.
