A leading global energy management and automation giant, Schneider Electric has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with renowned Nigerian cable manufacturing company, NIGERCHIN for the expansion of its drive in Nigeria.

The partnership will see the expansion of Schneider Electric’s Electricians Development Programme through NIGERCHIN across the country.

This partnership will provide added benefits to registered electricians and contractors, such as discounts on the purchase of premium cables and support with training.

Speaking at the signing of the partnership deal, Head, Building Business Anglophone West Africa, Mojola Ola, explained that Schneider Electricians’ Club, which was launched in February 2018, rewards electricians for their loyalty with gifts on purchases.

Ola added that members of the club also have free access to Schneider Electric training programmes in electrical installation, and VIP access to the Schneider Electric Experience lounge.

“This partnership will generate a valuable synergy to provide complementary offers to the market with guaranteed quality, while enhancing the experience of members of the programme through more rewards and training opportunities”, Ola added.
