Major General David Ejoor, Nigeria’s oldest military man alive is dead.
Ejoor, 87, died at an undisclosed hospital in Lagos State on Sunday afternoon.
He hails from Ovwor in Olomu Kingdom, Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State.
Ejoor is the oldest Olorogun (High Chief) of the Olomu Kingdom, and first Urhobo to attain the position of Major General in the Nigerian military.
