Professor Charles Dokubo, a former Coordinator Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) for repentant ex-nNiger Delta agitators is dead.
It was learnt that Dokubo passed on Wednesday night at undisclosed hospital in Abuja where he had been undergoing treatment.
Born 23rd of March 1952, Dokubo died at 70.
The deceased hailed from Abonnema, Akuku Toru Local government of Rivers state.
