The mission of DCA is to promote the existing culture of clockwise rotation of governorship position among the three senatorial districts, with a view to giving everyone a sense of belonging, towards fostering peace and unity in Delta State.
Earlier, the DCA had moved round Delta State, visiting and sensitizing stakeholders on the need to sustain the clockwise rotation of governorship among the 3 senatorial districts, a practice which is now widely accepted.
