A former chairmanship aspirant for Uvwie Local Government Council in Delta State on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Benjamin Ebrusike, has congratulated Governor Ifeanyi Okowa’s SSA on Transportation, Chief Francis Arhiyor, on his birthday.
Ebrusike said Chief Arhiyor, who doubled as the current chairman of the Delta State Management Committee of Public Motor Parks and Land Transportation, is a grassroot politician who has contributed immensely to the victories of the ruling PDP in the state.
The PDP chieftain noted that Chief Arhiyor has also contributed to the peace initiative of the Governor Okowa-led administration through the empowerment of youths in the state especially in Uvwie Kingdom.
Ebrusike, who is also the Secretary of Delta State Management Committee of Public Motor Parks, added that Arhiyor’s leadership has also brought about peace and development in the State public motor parks hitherto known for crises.

The Uvwie-born politician made the commendation in a felicitation statement issued by his campaign organisation (BENCO) on Wednesday in Effurun.
He stated that members of the State Management Committee of Public Motor Parks and his campaign organization are pleased with Chief Arhiyor’s achievements and leadership drive which has resulted in perpetual peace in public parks across the state.
Ebrusike prayed for sound health, long life, wisdom and more achievements for Chief Arhiyor and urged him to continue to be a pillar of support and youth empowerment in the state.
