The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced ten new cases of COVID-19 in Delta State.
This brings to ten number of confirmed cases in the state.
The State Government also confirmed the number, adding that five patients were discharged from isolation centres after testing negative to the virus.
22 patients have been discharged in the state.
The State Commissioner for Information, Charles Aniagwu, who confirmed the new cases did not give further information.
Delta has recorded eight deaths from the virus.
The currently has 68 active patients across the isolation centres located in Warri, Asaba and Oghara.
