A 2023 governorship aspirant in Delta State, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi, has urged the Urhobo, Isoko, Ijaw, Itsekiri and the the people of Delta North to unite and join hands with him (Gbagi) to transform the state.
Gbagi said that the former governor of Delta State, Chief James Ibori knows “very well that he (Gbagi) is after the heart, progress, greatness and how the state can be better.”
According to him, ” I don’t see anything Ibori has done that is wrong as opposed to what the people say. It is a matter of choice, character and upbringing. I am saying categorically that i don’t see any issue with Ibori at all.”
Gbagi, a former Minister of State for Education, maintained that he has the midas touch to transform Delta if elected as the governor in 2023.
“I am the most single individual that has thought of using my personal wealth, experience and progress to better the lots of Deltans by way of engagement”.
“Life is all about engagement and by the grace of God with all the enablement that we have at our disposal, we have done our best. There is nothing new today and everybody knows that Gbagi can not lie or swindle.
“It is my burning desire to serve in 2023 and i believe that I have a lot to do. I have paid my dues in politics. My advice to Deltans is that if you use bad mouth, lies and falsehood to drive away all the entrepreneurs and all the people that have great ideas, it won’t make the town any better.”
Any one who thinks ibori has done nothing wrong clearly is himself a fraud and a charlatan. It is sad that this man Gbagi thinks he jas something to offer, after all the calumny he has unleashed on his own people. The are the sorts of people that blatantly destroy any semblance of order using ill gotten wealth. Enough of this fools calling themselves leaders.
